Better known as the 'Faster Pastor', Mike and his wife Janice came to Crossroads in 1994 in the middle of winter. Even after experiencing 3 feet of snow and frigid cold temperatures, he and Janice felt the warmth that the Church provided and both have been serving faithfully in Madison for over 20 years. In his time at Crossroads, Mike has experienced a lot of change within the walls of the building.  The church itself has been renovated and modified and added onto since Mike's beginnings. He has also developed many relationships across the area and has seen many lives changed (and made them talk about it with the congregation)  since taking lead pastor at Crossroads.  Mike's joy as a pastor has always been to lead as a Chief Servant. He longs to help people develop to their full potential as Christ followers.  In addition to seeing change at the church, he has also had to adjust with changes at home. With 3 kids, now raised and on their own, Mike's home is now often filled with the giggles, laughter and screams  of grandchildren.
